▻ The purchase is for digital files only. No physical copies will be provided or shipped.
▻ The Artist may decline the commission for any reason.
▻ Complex details may result in additional fees.
▻ NSFW commissions will not be livestreamed nor be posted to social media by the artist (the Commissioner may still post it and tag the Artist).
▻ The art cannot be used for AI purposes and alike. Please do not upload it to any sites that incorporate AI or are commonly used as repositories for AI.
▻ NFT usage is strictly forbidden.
▻ The commissioned piece is for personal use only. Commercial use on items must be discussed beforehand.
▻ Refunds are not offered for commissioned artwork unless agreed upon by both parties under exceptional circumstances. Once a commission's sketch is approved, it is no longer refundable.
▻ The Commissioner and the Artist shall not disclose each other's personal/contact details to any third parties without explicit consent from the other party.❀ Payment
▻ Payments are done via Paypal. Prices are in USD.
▻ Payments via Paypal are sent via Invoice method only unless stated otherwise.
▻ Commissions must be paid fully upfront. No exceptions unless discussed otherwise. (ex. Payment plan)❀ Usage and credits
▻ If not agreed upon, the artwork is for personal use only. As for such the Artist has the right to use, display, and reproduce the artwork for promotional or commercial purposes, including but not limited to, prints, merchandise, and online portfolios.
▻ The Commissioner may not reproduce, distribute, or use the artwork for commercial purposes without the express written consent of the Artist.
▻ The Commissioner may post the commission on social media platforms providing credits to the Artist.❀ Private Requests
▻ The commission can be set to private, but it must be stated at the beginning of the ordering process.
▻ May result in additional fees.
▻ The privacy request entails that the commissioned piece or WIPs won't be shared on social media or any streaming platforms.

❀ Commercial Usage
▻ Commercial fees apply in the following ways:
Type A - x1,5 multiplier (game asset, promo art, Twitch usage, Youtube usage, banners etc.)
Type B - x2 multiplier (merch, prints, artbooks etc.)
Type C - Please inquire (intended for big businesses or high-selling products)
▻ Commercial fees for Emotes, Badges or Panels won't be charged as long as they are for Twitch/Youtube/Discord usage. Any other form of monetization will require commercial use rights.❀ Process
▻ The Artist will provide a sketch for approval after receiving payment.
▻ Before the sketch is approved, small changes and adjustments are provided free of charge.
▻ Once client has approved the sketch, any changes to the character or subject will result in a fee.
▻ When requested, the Artist will keep the Commissioner updated with screenshots of the progress until completion.❀ Completion Time
▻ Commission may take up to 3+ months, depending on order, current queue, and the complexity of the items.
▻ Rush Orders:
Rush orders are available upon request and may require additional fees. Fees might vary depending on the project and the timeframe provided.
▻ Upon completion, the Artist will provide the Commissioner with the file via email.❀ Special Offer
